I AM HOPE Charity- Miss Auckland Finalist, Inge Carolus
Auckland
"Ka taea e tatou te hanga i te ao marama mo a tatou taiohi" - Together we can create a brighter future for our young people...
Kia ora koutou. My name is Inge and this year I am incredibly honoured to be working alongside the "I AM HOPE" Charity Organisation as a Miss Auckland finalist; by helping to make a difference to uplift and care for the mental and emotional well-being of our rangatahi (young people) in Aotearoa. This special cause is something I hold very close to my heart. As a Child Health Practitioner I work with tamariki experiencing diverse mental health conditions and I believe that in sharing the mission of "I AM HOPE" to create positive societal attitudinal change and introduce community solutions to prevent mental illness rates from worsening amongst our young population, we can give help to any and every child who needs it most. The nationally acclaimed charitable work that "I AM HOPE" is doing in our New Zealand Communities is changing lives for the better and I want to encourage us all to stand together, unite and support our tamariki to heal and cope with their mental health.
"I AM HOPE" is a registered Charity founded by Mike King, striving to normalise mental wellness through changing the way kiwis and rangatahi think, act and feel about mental health and suicide while providing funds for counselling, therapy and prevention programs.
Please donate to this cause as your donation no matter how small can make a huge difference for our youth! Ngā mihi nui.
