Suicide prevention is everyone's responsibility

Auckland

Our whanau has suffered suicide bereavement and unfortunately this has been many times. Our experience of this has certainly changed us as individuals but it has also made us a stronger and more loving whanau. Life is shorter than we think so its important to care about each other and stay in touch, we know this now.

Our whanau have grown so much, we understand more about mental illness and so we have a lot more to offer those who are suffering, we've learnt how to take better care of each other and our own mental wellbeing as well.
