It's was a hell of a day but we made it. Thanks to you all that donated. I was the seventh bike over the line so well within the first 50 which was my goal.
All up almost $130k was raised by the 225 riders which will help a lot of people.
The Auckland team have loaded up the van and off to Napier tomorrow. Things are getting very real now! Thanks Michael and Chris for loading the precious cargo.
We have almost met the first goal, 200 riders. As at Monday 19th Feb we have 196 riders registered. LETS GET TO 200!!!!
On Sunday 11 Feb I loaded the rocket into the back of a Cityhop van to get it to Auckland. I met up with the 50cc bike club for a shakedown ride of approx 100Kms. Bike went well and she's good to go for the big one in a couple of weeks.
