I think this is a great programme to support young people so thought why not throw myself out of a plane to support this great cause!

Canterbury

I have wanted to Skydive for a long time. It intrigues while also petrifies me. There is something about feeling the fear and doing it anyway that I just have to try....but I've never signed up! First I was going to do it when I graduated.. then when I turned 30.. then I decided it would be when I celebrate my 5th anniversary of becoming a wife and midwife.. well that time turns out to be NOW. I was scrolling our Parklands community fb page and seen a post about the... GRAEME DINGLE DROP FOR YOUTH

So, I've decided I'm going to throw myself out of a plane at 13,000 ft and raise funds for the Graeme Dingle Foundation while I'm at it.

I was young once.. headed in a different direction to where I am now. I'm so grateful to the many people who believed in me, inspired me and supported me to realise that my dreams and aspirations were bigger than the obstacles I faced or the decisions I had made. I want ALL young people to realise their potential, to make goals and to smash them!

Sponsor me in this challenge and your donation will go directly to the Graeme Dingle Foundation for the awesome programmes they run for rangatahi/ youth in vulnerable NZ communities. The proven programmes are sequenced to create a positive vehicle for change for young people aged 5 to 18 years old. This is a journey that helps our young people become more confident and resilient, find purpose and direction to achieve success. All proceeds will go towards the three school-based programmes - Kiwi Can, Stars and Career Navigator.

This is a way I can tick something off my own goal list while supporting a fantastic cause..if you have a few bucks to spare or are pretty keen to see the face I make free falling then please click the link and make a donation :) I have about 2 months to raise enough money and when I do, I will join the others dropping for youth and we will all free fall together 😀 Thank you all so much xx
