    I finished the 10km run in 49:34, which was much better than I thought?I?would do given my haphazard training the past two weeks.??It was a nice day for it, with perhaps a bit too much sunshine but all in all a fantastic Marlborough day.? Thanks to all my sponsors for your support!

  • Update for November 21

    Went on a great 50 minute training run with my friend/neighbor/fellow Team Harold member Jo Grigg over some beautiful (and very rugged in places) terrain at her family's farm, Tempello. Next time we're going to add a few more km's to it so we go over an hour (Jo doesn't know this yet, so don't tell her). Thanks for supporting me and the Life Education Trust Marlborough.
