    I have had a week off running, not a surprise but played some golf, badly!

    Many, many thanks to all who supported me. We have now surpassed the new target of $2000, now sitting at about $2100, including cash donations.

  • Mission accomplished

    I ran the 21kms, from Bethlehem to Omokoroa Boat Club this morning, 2 hrs 7 mins, finished at 9 am, just before it got too hot!
