    Here's a photo of the boys making use of the 601 bar leaner after an early-morning session down on the waterfront. We bet the sun up this morning, feeling good about it now but we weren't halfway through. Big ups to Scotty for coming on his first training run with the 601 boys (yes the half is only 18 days out) and to Benny for smashing out his longest run ever!

    Nearly bloody dropped dead when Angus rang me up and ASKED ME if I wanted to go for a run with him, not the other way around! This self-described layabout has quickly become one of the most enthusiastic trainers of all the boys of 601. We went for a slog up Signal Hill, and he spent the following few hours walking around topless in shorts so people knew that he went for a run. Here he is showing off his newly trimmed physique to Scotty.

    On a cloudy day like today, Angus decided to dress up like the bloody Sun and come for a training run. His shirt was much brighter than his attitude, but he battled through a dusty morning to come out on top, with Moniques moral support.

    One month today until game day! Thanks so much to everybody who has donated, offered support or is even just getting stuck in training! Look out for more updates to come
