Join us as we work towards delivering up to $40,000 worth of Winter Packs through Christchurch City Mission.
Christchurch, Canterbury
This winter, we're inviting you to join us in helping people who are sleeping rough or living in vehicles across Christchurch.
After speaking with Christchurch City Mission's outreach team, one thing became clear: quality outdoor gear can make a real difference. Staying warm and dry can make a hard night a little more bearable.
That's why we've launched Project Dignity.
Together, we aim to deliver up to $40,000 worth of Winter Packs through Christchurch City Mission. Every dollar you give will be matched by Benchmark Homes, doubling the impact of your generosity.
Each Winter Pack contains practical, outdoor-quality gear chosen alongside Christchurch City Mission's outreach team, including a sleeping bag, sleeping mat, thermal socks, dry bag, head torch and insulated flask.
One comment from the outreach team has stayed with us:
"You can be cold and miserable on the street, or warm and miserable."
We can't solve every problem, but together we can help someone stay warmer, drier and safer this winter.
Every Winter Pack will be distributed by Christchurch City Mission's outreach team, people who already know those they're helping by name.
Join us. Together we can provide warmth, dignity and hope, one Winter Pack at a time.
Thanks everyone! 14 July 2026
Just a quick update and a massive thank you to everyone who has joined us so far.
We've now raised over $6,000 through Givealittle, with another $10,000 committed directly through Christchurch City Mission towards Winter Packs.
It's been awesome seeing so many people and businesses get behind Project Dignity already.
We're only just getting started, so if you know someone who this might resonate with, we'd really appreciate you sharing the page.
Thanks again for joining us and helping keep vulnerable people a little warmer, drier and safer this winter.
Thanks Team!
