Hi Jojo, I would like to know how they are getting the solar lights to Fiji and delivering them to remote villages in regards to covid Issues at the moment

Hi Leighann, thanks for donating! This is the information that I was able to get.

Our school has contact in Fiji with our school Reverand, who owns a logistics company in Fiji and does humanitarian work. Therefore we are getting help to deliver the lights to these rural villages. Our school is trying to partner with companies such as Fonterra to deliver lights to Fiji. If this partnership doesn't work though, we will ship the lights on a sea cargo. Regarding covid, Fiji has no community transmissions and only 8 cases at the border so we are still able to ship there. The school is currently trying to get the cheapest possible deal for shipping.
