Update for 30/12/2013  30 December 2013

Enter details of your update here Hi there - in Perth now for our Christmas break and having a great time. Keeping up some sort of training as we are staying close to Kings Park and Dave very quickly sussed out a grand outdoor stairway called Jacobs ladder - about 250 steps so naturally we had to do that within an hour of arriving and twice up and down the next morning! He also found the gym downstairs so have been able to get on the bike for extra training - joy!! At least I haven't fallen off or copped any abuse from drivers! Ciao for now! Jo
