Julius House will be cycling for 24 hours to raise money for mental health education in NZ schools for the Sir John Kirwan Foundation.
Christchurch, Canterbury
This year, Julius House will be cycling for 24 hours, from the 29th to the 30th of October from 12pm to 12pm, in order to raise money for mental health education for the Sir John Kirwan Foundation.
In New Zealand: one in five young people will experience mental health issues before the age of 18; one in five adults over 15 will be diagnosed with anxiety; 33% of young people, aged 15 to 17, and 25% of young adults, aged 18 to 25, struggle with completing everyday activities.
This is a fun challenge that will allow us to support a challenge that is relevant to us all and bond together as a house for our last house activity for 2022. Donating to this wonderful charity will allow for mental health education to be more accessible to children in schools across New Zealand!
