Kairo's Suicide Awareness Ride (South Island)

    Well the rain started in Greymouth but wasn't too bad till 20ks out of Westport and it just bucketed down.

    We are in our 5th week now and Kairo and I are both starting to feel it and I think Kairo is missing home to but we ate both committed to see it out to the finish

      Thank you Gary and Kairo for what you are doing and it's truly amazing. Putting awareness on suicide is so important and it's so appreciated what you both are doing. I've lost my best friend and one of my uncles to suicide.

    Well we left Ross this morning to meet with a group in Greymouth and now head till Tuesday then off to Westport for 4 nights.

  • Half way through our journey

    We are now just over half way through our south island trip.

    It's been great meeting everyone along the way and getting the word out there.

    We are in Wanaka now but leaving tomorrow to cross over to the west coast and start our trip back up the island

    Well getting last things ready for our ride.

    We leave home on the 31st and head down to stay at the Manakau Hotel for the night then carry on to Wellington on the 1st of April to catch the ferry at 1.30pm.

    You won't to able to miss us on the road now.

    A couple of last minute things to do on the bike but we will be ready
