We are already very well set up, so rather than buying us another toaster we would prefer for you to give your hard-earned cash to these charitieswhich help people through a difficult time in their lives.

We have specifically chosen Canteen and Arohanui, as we feel they are two local charities that are worth supporting.

Canteen looks after young people who have cancer, through peer support and recreational programmes.

Arohanui is our local hospice here in Palmerston North that provides services for young and old people who have a terminal illness. It also provides assistance to these people's families.
