Our health and well-being is interlinked. Taking care of our taha hinengaro (mental well-being) is equally as important as looking after our physical health, but often overlooked.

The Snap Fitness 28-Day challenge motivates us to address all components of our hauora by setting small goals for each aspect. This encourages us to get fresh air and exercise, be more involved with friends and whānau, and be thankful for the small things we have in life, all while raising money and awareness for I AM HOPE.

I AM HOPE does amazing work in providing free mental health services to NZ youth, and educating people on how they can help their loved ones with their mental health.

Whether or not you wish to donate, take this time to check in with your whānau or anyone that you feel could use a conversation or a big hug!
