Life Education Trust is a charity that educates and empowers children to make healthy choices so they can live full and healthy lives. Being a fitness professional myself I share a lot of passion for this cause.
The old saying goes "monkey see, monkey do" So .. In hopes that we can help create healthier and fitter younger generations in years to come I am doing it for the kids! Oh and I am going to drag my kid along for the ride!! (Literally … she will be in the pram) 100kms with a pram? I love a challenge, Let’s do this!

10 Day's To Go! 20 April 2022
As we near the last couple days to reach the goal set out by each participant and with the long Easter weekend some participants may be feeling the target being a bit far to reach! While some participants are smashing their goals!
Just keep going and you may surprise yourself - set yourself a daily target and step by step - we know you can do it!
