    Kia ora whanau!

Two months in NZ and less than one to go until we are home for Christmas! This weekend we are in Dunedin and preparing to catch up with Life Matters Otago for a charity fun ride! We are be inviting everyone to join us on a fun ride to promote awareness and the amazing work of the charity.

We are hoping to spread the word of our event to as many as possible! If you or you know somebody in Dunedin this Sunday we'd love you to join us and give some support by spreading the word of our event, as with this type of ride we say the more the merrier!

We've been lucky enough to have been sponsored t-shirts, singlets, cycling caps, wristbands and tote bags for sale ( https://www.theprintroom.nz/collections/kiwi-bums) with all profits going to Life Matters. So if this interests you the merchandise is online now, and available to purchase at the beginning of the ride to wear during.

    kia ora whanau!

It has been almost one month since we started from Cape Reinga and boy have we enjoyed being back in our home country! We've had so much amazing support from friends, family and the many generous doners such as yourselves!

After a few days rest in Rotorua and Taupo with family it is time for us to get back in the saddle and continue our way through the N.I of New Zealand and eventually down to the S.I. From here we will cycle towards Taumarunui, along the Forgotten HIghway to New Plymouth and then down to Wellington in the next two weeks. It is during this time we'd like to engage with schools and communities and deliver talks and discussions about our trip and the importance we have found on being active, keeping good nutrition in order to maintain/help one's mental health!

Also check out our first interview about our trip from Jaden McCord at the Herald:

Before we start we'd once again like to express our gratitude to you for donating to Life Matters Suicide Prevention. We really are thankful!

We are back in Thailand after a month in Myanmar and will be having a few rest days relaxing, reorganising and fixing little niggles on our bikes. We have just posted on our FB page https://www.facebook.com/kiwibums/ a quick video of our last month in Myanmar which you should definitely check out! Also we have a new blog post up of our time in Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia at our website www.kiwibunsonbikes.com which if you haven't already seen, you probably need too 😉.

    Thanks again team

    Monique and Cameron
