I'll be cycling 160km around Lake Taupo on 14th November 2020.

I'd like to raise funds and awareness for a charity that removes rubbish from the sea around New Zealand's Coastlines, Sea Cleaners. They educate and co-ordinate volunteers to remove rubbish from NZ's marine environment.

I haven't personally ever set-up a fundraising page before so I am super excited to be doing this and hope to raise $1,000 NZD, this equates to one full day of operation for one of the Vessels (fuel, wages of crew members) which enables Sea Cleaners to collect approximately 2000 litres of marine debris from our shorelines.

Here is a link to there website to learn more about what they do - https://seacleaners.com/

Thanks for your support! Lucy

I love the outdoors and in particularly New Zealand so by supporting a local charity that removes marine debris (litter) from the ocean is something I'd proudly support. Keeping NZ beautiful for future years to come for New Zealanders and Visitors.
