In our first year of operation as a gym and this initiative is high on the priority list to be a part of. We have 2 teams entered this year. 28 amazing individuals, some going way out of their comfort zone to raise awareness and funds for STAROS, an organisation that supports those bereaved by suicide through events such as this, support groups and workshops.
