On 1/2 July F45 studios from across NZ are uniting to support I Am Hope.

With the aim of raising awareness for mental health issues across New Zealand, as well as raising funds for I Am Hope, studios will be using the rowing, biking and ski erg machines to cover 605kms each, one for every kiwi who committed suicide in 2021, followed by completing 3500 burpees, one for every kiwi who attempted suicide.
