F45 WHANGAPARAOA PRESENTS MAHI FOR MENTAL HEALTH 2026

Hurting for those who were hurting.

In partnership with the Manly Volunteer Fire Brigade, this community event is aiming to raise $5,000 for mental health.

We’re coming together again to raise awareness and funds for the I Am Hope Foundation, and to honour the lives lost to mental health struggles here in Aotearoa.

Why is this important?

2024-2025 year we lost 630 Kiwis to suicide (474 men, 156 women).

Every year, hundreds of Kiwis die by suicide, and thousands more attempt to. Behind these numbers are real people — whānau, friends, colleagues — and it’s time we show up for them.

The Goal:

Together, we'll row, bike, ski and run 2000km, plus 7000 burpees for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
