Mahi for Mental Health - 24 Hour Erg Challenge

On 6/7 September, F45 Whangarei members and the local community will come together to embark on a 24 hour challenge. We successfully ran this event in 2023 raising funds for I am Hope.

We are back again this year in our new location and will make this event bigger and better than last year!

We would love to have as many members of the community in as possible so if you have a spare 30 mins to spare get in touch and we will get back to you with all the info you need.
