Watsup! This September, I'll be completing a marathon for Engineers Without Boarders Auckland. This means I'll be running a nice long way to raise awareness of the water availability issues in communities around the world! Globally, water scarcity already affects about 1 in 3 people (according to the World Health Organisation), and this is only set to rise with urban densification and an increasing global population.

This is an alarming statistic which can and MUST be fixed. Engineers Without Borders is an organisation which is getting amongst and helping those in need! You can help too - ay money donated through my campaign will go to EWB and their latest projects, many of those which are based with our neighbors in the South Pasific.

Basically, I'm running a long way with some water so that someone, somewhere doesn't have to go without.

EWBNZ is a registered charity which provides engineering assistance to communities in need throughout the Pacific Islands and New Zealand. They do that through working with partner organisations in the communities, and helping them to achieve their self-identified needs.

I feel a deep connection to EWB because they help better communities and technology around the world through engineering, which resonates with my own life goals as an aspiring BHONS Student in Electrical Engineering at AUT.
