A fundraiser for perinatal mental health in NZ. I’m running for every Mum who has struggled - to remind us all that we can do hard things!
Rotorua, Bay Of Plenty
I’m running this marathon for perinatal mental health in Aotearoa New Zealand - a cause woven deeply into my own story. I know how heavy this season can be, because I’ve walked it myself, and I see its impact every day in the women I support with Counselling & Coaching.
Training for a marathon is one of the hardest things I’ll ever take on, but it reminds me of a powerful truth: I have done hard things, and I can do hard things. Every step is for those who have felt lost, overwhelmed, or unseen in the transition to motherhood. You are not alone - and this run is for you.
A national charity advancing perinatal mental health in Aotearoa New Zealand. They work to build awareness, reduce stigma, and equip health professionals with training, connections, and tools to support whānau through pregnancy, birth, and early parenting.
