Mind over Grey Matter - 5km/10km Run for Brain Cancer Support NZ

The date of the run is creeping up on us ever so slowly, so here I am getting in some dreaded cardio before the big day.

My last run would have been well over two decades ago at the Weet-bix Kids Triathalon where I was overlapped by the next age bracket which were sent off 5-10mins after the group I was in 😂🤦‍♂️

Here’s hoping that doesn’t occur again and that I can make it the entire way on the day.
