Moving for Mental Health Awareness
Auckland
Some amazing people from the Summerland Primary School Community are getting together on Saturday June 15th to sweat and battle it out against each other whilst encouraging each other to raise money for I Am Hope in honour of Jerome, who lost his battle last year. He used to work at Summerland Primary and had such a warm and gentle spirit within our school. Jerome was one of ours.
We are moving for him and to help bring awareness to mental health through this terrifiying CrossFit style competition. There are four teams of three people competing in three different, consecutive workouts, chasing the clock and each other.
I Am Hope is a community peer support group, aiming to forever change the way New Zealanders think, act and feel about mental health and suicide.

Dear Supporters and Donators,
I am thrilled to share that we successfully completed our exercise fundraiser on Saturday! This achievement wouldn't have been possible without your generous donations and unwavering support.
Your contributions not only motivated us to reach our goal but also made a significant impact on raising money for I Am Hope and honouring Jerome's memory. We are incredibly grateful for your kindness.
Thank you once again! Together, we have achieved something remarkable!
With heartfelt gratitude,
Amelia and the amazing Summerland athletes x
