Me and my good friend Laura are taking on the Mount Everest Challenge by climbing the Mount 38 times. Here's the twist - we're not doing it over the space of 50 days - we're doing it back to back.
I am a local Personal Trainer based at Aspire Health & Sports, Laura is qualified also so the two of us are dead passionate about health and fitness! We want to do this to prove to friends/clients that if you have a goal in mind you can achieve it, no matter how hard it seems. Feel free to come and do a leg with us, we'll be there Thursday night/Friday, going up and down the Mount :)
Because my business revolves around training myself and others so much, this is an awesome opportunity for us to help raise money for those who need it, by exercising.
