Fundraising for The Neonatal Trust
Nationwide
The Neonatal Trust are an amazing bunch - our son Ted is one of 5,000 little Kiwi's that hoon into the world early each year. Ted is alive because of the support the Neonatal Trust offer and spent his first few days in a donated incubator.
We would like to give back and what better way than by linking Covid, vaccinations and our lockdown baby. The first lockdown saw growth of my beard, this lockdown saw me get vaccinated and now it's time to shave!
For a donation you can choose what design my beard is butchered into for 24 hours at work - just donate, email your suggestion to tste059@aucklanduni.ac.nz* and one lucky dip gets the tick.
(*Designs vetted by the boss; be creative - shape and colouring fair game - think half-face, monkey-tail, mutton chops, Craig David...).
Oh and we'll match the first $500 of donations as our way of giving a little too.
B-day nears - the winner is.... Fiona! 28 November 2021
Finally, beard-day nears - next Wednesday!
After 4 months without a shave, and in a random-number based draw, Fiona (Healthy Waters) has come out the winner - the entry being a "batstache".
Personal thanks to you all for giving so generously to a great cause - you and the Neonatal Trust are good sorts!
Watch this soon to be pretty odd looking space - before/after photo to follow.

Thanks Becky (and team) - very much appreciated!
Thanks so much - when the time comes I might need to encourage you or Craig to do the cutting ;)
Thanks so much guys you're awesome! I've got a design idea stored away but will reach out nearer Level 2 to ensure I've got the right entry in the dip!
Thanks too Adray, this is even more kind - two donations = two entries on the design so get creative with those colours!
Thanks so much Adray - you're a legend and working with you is great fun. I only hope you consider that when submitting your design ;)
