Raising 10k+ for mothers experiencing depression. Spreading the message of hope!
Wellington
I have been chosen to be an ambassador for the charity Mothers Helpers. My aim is to raise a minimum of $10,000 to help this charity go to the next level.
Mothers Helpers is a national charity that helps mums get through one of the most stressful periods in their lives. This charity's goal is to prevent prenatal and postnatal depression/anxiety and to help women recover. They do this by providing free or low cost courses and support for women who otherwise wouldn't meet the criteria for any help.
Many of you know me, and know that strong, healthy families are an issue I am very interested in. Mothers need to be fit and healthy and able to take care of themselves before they can care for others. I have suffered from anxiety myself and I know first-hand how it affects lives and families.
I am currently at $9500 and have just $500 left to fundraise by September 1st.
I am proud to be sponsored by Brave Women Thrive as a Bronze sponsor:

As a final push for funds, I am hosting an Online Art Auction - check it out here:

Thank you for your support!
I am an Ambassador for Mothers Helpers and strongly support their cause - helping mothers through pre and post-natal depression.
$7200 and counting! 10 July 2019
We are now at $7200! Through a range of activities, including more film fundraisers, an online art auction, some puppy sitting and a Bronze sponsorship from the wonderful Brave Women Thrive, I am nearly at my $10,000 goals, with plans for a few more activities to get the rest.
