Loading up the weights/tins of peas in the backpack
31 October 2020I haven't carried a pack at all this year. I've still been doing lots of walking but nothing more than a very small backpack. So the challenge for me is the weight on my back. I've been loading up my sons and my husbands full size backpacks with water, rice, tinned food etc to get some weight on my back. Hoping the body adjusts quickly so that I can enjoy the walk and the body handles it well. So good to have a goal to work towards both for fundraising and for personal fitness. I'll be only taking what I need to with me!
