Myeloma Marathon & Half

Recently someone very near and dear to our friends and family was diagnosed with Myeloma, a very treatable blood cancer. Best practice treatment isn’t funded in NZ as it is in most of the OECD, resulting in treatments needing to be privately funded which puts this out of reach for the majority of people, adding to an already very stressful time.

We’ve decided to run the Auckland Full and Half Marathons are raising money for Myeloma NZ, to assist with lobbying Pharmac, to enable others diagnosed with Myeloma to have access to these best practice treatments. We'd be super grateful for any donations to go to this awesome cause.
