Thanks to everyone who has supported so far! It's been a hard slog. Here we are at week six and things have stepped up a notch. Over 4 hours more of training has been added to the training week plus all the extra work outside. One day a week of "rest" gets put to good use washing gear and rolling hand wraps. Fight selection happens in a couple of weeks. Fight night is approaching fast!
