Hi everybody We're only a few days away from the final wrap-up to my fundraiser project: a public presentation at the City Gallery of Wellington, on November 5th, 6pm. Tickets available via eventfinder: http://www.eventfinder.co.nz/2014/gmri-mt-fuji-summit-run-presentation/wellington Here's a sneak peek of the presentation (a little cheesy!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sLVoF0P0j_g Hope to see you there. Best, Nick
Hi everybody Many thanks your messages of support this week. We've now raised over $5,000 for GMRI - thankyou all for your generosity! Yesterday Maree & I landed in Tokyo, and this afternoon we are making our way by train to the town at the base of Mt Fuji, called Fujiyoshida. Time for just two little orientation runs this week, around Fujiyoshida, before tackling the summit on Friday!
Here's a look at one of my training runs: a race up Mt Difficulty, near Cromwell.
Hi everybody Thankyou for all the messages of support - and for all the generous donations you have been making towards my goal. It's been inspiring to hear from some of you affected by cancer in some way, who are supporting my run (and GMRI in general). With only two weeks until I fly out for Japan, this week is an important training week, and I'm training twice a day every day. Full on!

Hi everybody I just want to say a big thankyou to all those who've read the NZ Herald article today, and donated - I really appreciate your support! Many thanks! Nick
