North Island bike adventure

I am riding from Wellington City to Cape Reinga via the Tour Aotearoa route in a solo bike packing adventure. It’s an opportunity to show that diabetes isn’t a hinderance to adventurous activities and living a full life.

Coming to terms with the constant management of diabetes as a young person is a major challenge but you can still lead an eventful life. Diabetes Youth Wellington helps families and young people affected by diabetes to gain back control of their health. Hopefully this will help them with their work.
