  Nationwide

As "essential workers", many of us are in a much more fortunate position than thousands of the students and whanau in our communities. Whether we continue to work from home, or back at school, we continue to earn an income and some of our costs, such as commuting and entertainment, might have even reduced.

Thousands of others face the prospect of losing their jobs or seeing their incomes slashed through no fault of their own. While the government has taken steps to provide some assistance, as with any crisis, the Red Cross is also providing essential support to thousands.

Please consider helping them to support those less fortunate.

At the moment many of our students and families are facing challenges and hardships we can only imagine. We have an opportunity to help ease this burden for some, so please help if you can.
