    I'm so thrilled and grateful for all the support to smash my fundraising goal. Live for More is doing really great work helping our young men using surf therapy. I was talking to a social worker last week and she said she has seen young men who have gone through the Live for More program, be really supported to turn their lives around for the better. Thank you again ❤️

    Having some great company for the climbs is so helpful. I had the weekend off as my body is starting to complain a bit, off to the physio today for a tune up 😂. Thanks for all the support, it's very much appreciated.
