Mike McBeath is flying the flag for Pakuranga United Rugby Club in **Elite Community's Great Ice Bath Challenge**, going head-to-head with Parnell, Ponsonby and Papatoetoe to raise funds for Gumboot Friday.

The challenge? Brave the freezing water, stay immersed for as long as possible and raise as much money as possible to help provide free mental health counselling for young Kiwis.
