Thank you to everyone to who donated for Charlotte and Finn to make it to the Halberg games in Auckland.
They had an amazing time and did South Canterbury proud. Finn won every running race he entered as did Charlotte. She also had a 2nd and three 3rds in the swimming. More importantly they both had an amazing time.

Hi all thank you so very much for all of your donations. I would like to just advise you that one of the team members is not able to come anymore but the $2,000 total was very conservative as this will just cover all of the costs of both the remaining members.
The donations will be paid to Parafed Canterbury and should any surplus be there, it will be held in an account for future events for the South Canterbury team.
Should any of the donors wish to have a refund due to the fact that one team member has pulled out, please get in touch with Givealittle (helpdesk@givealittle.co.nz) by April 5th. Don't worry Charlotte is still going to the games and so is her friend that went to the first games with her. It is our new team member that can no longer make it.
We really appreciate everybody being so kind and I'm sure you will all hear Charlotte give updates on the radio when she calls. Thanks guys.
Agree that $2k was very conservative. I'm sure like me everyone is just happy the remaining team can get up here to Auckland. Maybe enough for a treat too :) Good luck!
Thank you for your understanding. Any excess finds (if there are any) once the expenses to get to the games have been laid, will be held in account by parafed Canterbury specifically for the south Canterbury team for future events or expenses.
