Please sponsor me to run 42.2km for Josie to get a cochlear implant on Oct 7th. I have never ran a road marathon before.

I am a 45 year old Mum who loves to run and I met Josie at my local running club. She is our Club Captain. She inspires me every week and is a wonderful friend. I am hoping to raise funds for Josie to get a 2nd cochlear implant because she does so much for others in her life. I want to do this thing for her. I aim to run 42.2 km in the Tauranga International Marathon in October. I do love to run but I don't love to run 42.2km!! But if you can sponsor me each km I run will feel a little easier knowing that we are closer to our goal for Josie
