Well, this old dinosaur managed to complete the run. Didn't quite manage the time I hoped for, but not too bad.

Well, despite the heat and humidity, the training is going well. Managed 5k in just under 43 minutes today. I've still got a couple of weeks to see if I can do better than that. Have to give all you generous people your money's worth. :)
