Ponsonby Ice Bath Challenge – Sam Martin

Team Ponsonby – Sam Martin

**4 Teams. 4 Locations. 1 Icy Mission!**

**Ponsonby is ready to take the plunge!**

Sam Martin is flying the flag for Ponsonby Rugby Club in **Elite Community's Great Ice Bath Challenge**, going head-to-head with Parnell, Pakuranga and Papatoetoe to raise funds for Gumboot Friday.

The challenge? Brave the freezing water, stay immersed for as long as possible and raise as much money as possible to help provide free mental health counselling for young Kiwis.

### TWO WAYS TO BACK SAM!

**DONATE NOW!**

Make a donation of any amount to Team Ponsonby. Every dollar helps us climb the fundraising leaderboard!

**SPONSOR HIS ICY SECONDS!**

Think Sam can handle the cold?

Pledge any amount for every second he stays immersed in the ice bath.

$1 per second for 60 seconds = $60!

The longer Sam lasts, the more you give!

Per-second pledges will be recorded separately, with donations collected after Sam's final time is confirmed.

### WHO WILL WIN?

Will Ponsonby take out the title for the longest ice bath or raise the most money?

There's only one way to find out!

**Back Sam. Back Ponsonby. Make every second count!**

*Proudly part of an Elite Community initiative supporting Gumboot Friday and I Am Hope.*
