24 hour pull up challenge, raising awareness for mental health in New Zealand.

Christchurch, Canterbury

I know what it's like to struggle, I know what it's like to feel alone and, I know what it's like to feel worthless. After navigating through some mentally tough years, I’ve become deeply passionate about mental health and the importance of looking after ourselves. Too many lives are lost in New Zealand because people feel like they can’t speak up. We need to change that. That’s why I’m taking on this challenge, to raise awareness, start conversations, and show people that support is out there. I’ve partnered with I Am Hope to remind New Zealanders that they’re never alone and that help is always within reach. Your support and donations can make a real difference. Let’s stand together for mental health.
