A suicide prevention boxing fundraiser for The Key to Life Charitable Trust.
Auckland
So far IT Heavy Hitters has raised over $129,000 for The Key to Life Charitable Trust (KTL).
KTL is a registered charitable trust aiming to affect positive social change surrounding suicide prevention, suicide awareness and mental health in New Zealand. It's a great cause and supporting them is our chance to make a difference to those affected by these issues.
IT Heavy Hitters are bringing their fight night to Auckland for the first time. Over 60 volunteers - with the assistance of 2 incredible coaches (Lolo Heimuli and Daniella Smith) and fighters from City Boxing and Balmoral Lee Gar - have been training in 2 teams (the Red Team and the Blue Team) over the course of 14 weeks for the opportunity to fight on the night. In doing so we hope to raise awareness and funds for the KTL charity and make it easier for young people to speak out and get help when they need it most.
As a proud member of the Red Team, I've been training my butt off to earn a place in the ring come fight night. Please help me help this cause by donating what you can. Thank you so much! x
