Taking on physical challenges can offer numerous wellbeing benefits for teenage girls, including:

    - Improved Physical Health

    - Mental Health Boost

    - Enhanced Self-Esteem

    - Social Connections

    - Resilience

    - Mindfulness and Focus

    - Sense of Achievement

    - Healthy Coping Mechanisms

    - Better Sleep

    - Lifelong Healthy Habits

Sometimes our young people need a role model to lead the way. Rose is certainly demonstrating strong female leadership and cutting a track for others to follow.
