Rickshaw Tours of Christchurch City

This October/November, I’m participating in an initiative called Joy Ride, run by Joyya Trust. All money raised goes towards bringing fun into the lives of kids living in poverty in Kolkata, India.

What I’m doing:

For everyone who donates, I'm offering a tour through Otautahi Christchurch's beautiful inner city in my one-of-a-kind Rickshaw. Up to three adults, or two adults and two tamariki/children can participate in each tour. Passengers get a wonder-filled experience of the city’s sights, sounds and scents, as well as some colourful yarns about its vibrant history.

Why I’m participating:

I've got skin in the game. I have a daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter living and working in Kolkata. I’ve also visited the City of Joy twice, where I spent time with some of its amazing children and witnessed their challenges first hand.

How to participate!

Make a generous donation* to Joy Ride via this Givealittle page, then contact me on 027 499 2829. We’ll arrange a suitable date and time for you and your chosen peeps to tour on the Rickshaw.
