Help us to raise money for Mandi by jumping on a bike for an hour or more. Te Kowhai School, 2nd July, 8am -8pm.

A ride-a-thon is being held to help raise money for Mandi's on going cancer treatment costs, travel costs and sick leave top ups. Mandi has been an integral part of the Te Kowhai Community for 11 years and she is in many past and present TK hearts for many different reasons. Please like and share the FB page Ride for Mandi.

On July 2nd 2015 there will be a hive of activity going on at the school from 8am-8pm. Get a group together and get sponsors or donate $10 per hour to ride. Thanks to LifeFitness We will have 30 spin bikes available so no-one misses out. The team from Flex Fitness Te Rapa will be there giving out goodies so make sure you catch up with them. Children will be asked to bring a gold coin donation on the day to have a ride and adults are as above.

Ange Walker was the man with all the ideas on this one, I (Sandra jennings) have just helped him put it in action. There are lots of others behind the scenes too and we will thank them in due course as this would not be happening with out their help.

So on the day Ange, Kent Watkins and myself are going to have bums on bikes for the full 12 hrs!
