Riding Tour Aotearoa for Project Jonah

$2,714 donated
Given by 35 generous donors in 8 weeks

Instead of the usual ride into town I've decided to ride a bit further, 3000Km further, while supporting Project Jonah at the same time

Nationwide

Viv and I are off on an adventure cycling from Cape Reinga to Bluff, starting on 20 February. This should be a challenging and fun way (hopefully!) to see our beautiful country. Being a volunteer marine mammal medic for Project Jonah I would also like to raise funds for them.

Project Jonah is best known for responding to whale strandings and relies fully on donations and volunteers to save these amazing creatures of the sea. On average over 300 whales strand every year and as a charity they do a lot with a little. Please support this cause.

I was at the most recent stranding at Farewell Spit. You can experience what this was like (and see if you can spot me!) here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZGBT-Wp6d0
