Rock 2000: Mind Matters

Hey, I’m Frank.

I’ve been listening to The Rock for years, and the Rock 2000 is something I look forward to every year. It’s honestly hard to beat — great music, plenty of laughs, and a good excuse to crank the volume.

The Morning Rumble, Westie Lee, and Jay and Dunc have all been part of my daily routine for years and always manage to put a smile on my face.

This year I wanted to give something back while helping support a cause that really matters — men’s mental health.

Us blokes aren’t always the best at talking about how we’re doing, and sometimes we need a bit of encouragement to open up or ask for help.
