Hi I'm doing the Sunrise Walk for Hospice in memory of my Nana, please help me raise funds and help them continue their work.

I am the Head Youth Ambassador for Totara Hospice South Auckland. I am doing the Sunrise Walk in memory of my Nana and hope to help raise enough funds to ensure that they can keep helping people in their community with life limiting illnesses.
