The kiwi way of life has always been ‘she’ll be right, harden up and get over it’ but shit need to change. We’ve all had brothers, fathers, friends, uncles and sons, who have suffered/suffer and unfortunately, sometimes lost.

Shit, it’s the 21st century. It’s time to move with the times and grow. It’s ok to speak out.

I’m not perfect but I’ll happily do my bit to help a brother out.
