I have always thought that an ultra marathon was an unachievable goal, but in 2022 I did my first one. Now i have my eyes set out for going further, 100km at the Tarawera Ultra in February 2022. Well into training I want to make this all mean something so I'm running to raise awareness and funds for two good causes. These are people that are doing amazing things. So check out DCM in New Zealand and CommonGood in South Africa.

Plan B 4 February 2022

Thanks to Corona the originally planned Tarawera Ultramarathon 100km has been cancelled.

So instead I’ve decided to run from Red Rocks to Paraparaumu next Sunday the 13th Feb. This 100km route includes a mix of trail and road and should still challenge the training i've put in.

But im keen, thanks again for the support. Ill be sharing my tracking and if you would like come join for a couple Km's.
